WF Associates is based in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. We have been working in the areas of Management Consulting, Business Process Engineering, Information Engineering, Business Planning and Activity Based Management for many years. Our history goes back to the early 1980's. We have now undertaken assignments throughout Asia Pacific, with our main focus being Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore. We like to spend most of our resources on research. Our consulting services are provided as a way of applying the knowledge and skills we acquire in the research environment to the "real" world. At the same time, we use the knowledge we've gained from our consulting experience to keep our training material current, relevant and 'educate change' for our clients. In turn, we provide input to our researches from case studies and our "real" business world experiences.
We always maintain a consistency between our consulting and training. We believe that if we can not express the concepts that bring improvements to your processes through training classes, then we don't really understand them and should not be consulting in them. Our training is designed for the "average" middle manager in a typical client. This way we ensure that we can pass on our knowledge and encourage our clients to make business improvement a self-sustaining process within their own organisation.
